My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms, though a bit outdated, were nice and clean, offering a comfortable stay. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to make our experience stress-free and enjoyable. The location exceeded our expectations, being conveniently situated off the interstate and central to town. However, the dining experience was somewhat underwhelming due to limited breakfast options.

The service, although mostly excellent, had a couple of hiccups with inappropriate discussions in front of guests. The location was great for easy access to Cleveland, but lacked some outdoor amenities like a seating area for pets.
